Wasatch Glow began with a deeply personal need: finding skincare gentle enough for my wife’s incredibly sensitive skin. For years, she struggled to find products that didn’t leave her skin feeling overwhelmed or reactive. Even the mildest soaps and moisturizers often caused discomfort or blemishes. The few products that worked were rare and difficult to find.

In early 2025, after yet another frustrating reaction, we decided to take a different approach. Instead of continuing the search for the next “sensitive” product on the shelf, I began researching what really goes into skincare products. What I found was disappointing. Many conventional products, even those marketed for sensitive skin, relied heavily on synthetic ingredients and came with steep price tags. We believed there had to be a better solution.

That’s when we discovered tallow. This time-honored, nutrient-rich ingredient became the foundation of our first handmade cream. It was a simple, all-natural blend that felt right from the very first use. After weeks of testing and refining, we created a formula that glided on smoothly and felt nourishing without being heavy or greasy.

After creating our cream, we began exploring other cosmetic products that could be made from all-natural ingredients.
