Returns & Exchanges
All Sales Final – Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Orders: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at damages@wasatchglow.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll work with you and our shipping partners to make it right.
Refunds: If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in process and cannot be canceled.
Customer Information & Privacy
We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order, such as your name, email, address, and payment details.
We do not store or share your payment information. All transactions are securely processed through our payment partner (Squarespace). As such, we do not even have access to your payment information.
We hate spam, and we value you as a customer. Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as needed to complete your order (such as shipping providers or payment processors).
If you subscribe to our newsletter, mailings, or marketing emails, you’ll receive occasional emails about new products and updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
